Georgia Cancer Specialists physicians Dr. Rodolfo Bordoni and Dr. Janice Galleshaw are often recognized as leaders in their field by being chosen to lead important medical events.

Dr. Bordoni will chair the 2nd Annual Atlanta Lung Cancer Symposium on March 26-27. The conference is an educational program for physicians in active clinical practice who are interested or involved in the management of patients with thoracic cancer. Dr. Bordoni also chaired the Atlanta Lung Cancer Symposium last year.
Dr. Galleshaw most recently moderated the 2003 San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium Review held January 8 in Atlanta. In this program, a panel of experts reviewed the latest research data that was reported at the National Breast Cancer Symposium in San Antonio, Texas in December 2003.
Dr. Galleshaw previously emceed a program at Northside Hospital titled “Disease Prevention and Family History,” which featured a presentation by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention director Dr. Julie Gerberding.
Dr. Bordoni practices at the GCS Kennestone office. Dr. Galleshaw practices at the GCS Northside and Alpharetta offices.
