Georgia Cancer Specialists (GCS)—the largest private oncology/hematology practice in the Southeast—has announced the addition of Dr. Rao Moravineni to the practice. Dr. Moravineni has practiced in the Stockbridge/Griffin area for four years. He will practice at GCS’s Stockbridge and Lovejoy offices.
“We’re excited to add Dr. Moravineni to our team of talented physicians,” said Dr. Bruce Feinberg, President/CEO of GCS. “Through GCS, he will continue to offer top-notch cancer care in the Stockbridge, Griffin, and Lovejoy areas.”
Dr. Moravineni received his medical degree from Guntur Medical College in Guntur, India. He completed his residency at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and his fellowship at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and the American Society of Hematology (ASH). His areas of special interest are colon and lung cancers.
