Georgia Cancer Specialists (GCS) physicians Dr. Cheryl Jones, Dr. Franc Wallace, Dr. Vundyala Reddy, Dr. Al Soltan, and Dr. Raj Gupta were recently featured in a cover story for the Middle Georgia edition of MD News magazine.
The article mentioned that Physicians Practice magazine named GCS as one of the top four physician practices in the country, and also focused on GCS’s ongoing commitment to research, integrative medicine, and education—not only for patients, but also for patients’ families and other physicians.
“Cancer care has changed over the years, and there are now many more opportunities and many more therapies for patients, especially those who are diagnosed very early,” Dr. Jones says in the article. “Thanks to screenings, patients are being diagnosed in the initial stages. Getting information out early to patients so that they can be diagnosed—and cured—is key.”
