The practice’s clinics in Gwinnett and Johns Creek are proud to welcome Dr. Kathleen Laveaux as their newest physician.

Prior to joining GCS, Dr. Laveaux served as an instructor in clinical medicine at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, providing inpatient based teaching on the management of both solid and hematologic malignancies, while also practicing in general hematology and oncology at the Community Cancer centers in Oneonta and Sidney, NY. She has special interests in the diagnosis and treatment of breast and colorectal cancer.
Dr. Laveaux completed her Doctor of Medicine at State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn. She went on to do her internship and residency in internal medicine at North Shore University Hospital, as well as a fellowship in hematology and oncology at State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn. Board Certified in medical oncology, hematology, and internal medicine, Dr. Laveaux is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology, and American College of Physicians.
Dr. Laveaux will be practicing out of GCS’ Gwinnett and Johns Creek offices. The Gwinnett Office is located at 698 Duluth Highway Suite 201, in Lawrenceville.
